Marketing Communications Practices & Disclosures

This page describes how APPNAME (“we,” “us,” or “our”) communicates with consumers for marketing and non-marketing purposes in connection with financeadri.com and related services. It is intended to supplement our Privacy Policy and E-Sign Policy. We may update this page as laws, regulations, or industry guidance change. Capitalized terms used in the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and related FCC rules are used here in a manner consistent with those authorities where applicable.

1. Types of communications

Transactional or relationship messages. We may contact you by email, SMS, postal mail, or telephone regarding actions you have taken, such as application status, security alerts, password resets, responses to customer support inquiries, servicing of an account you maintain with us (if applicable), and legally required notices. These messages may be sent without separate marketing consent where permitted by law, although certain autodialed or prerecorded calls and texts to wireless numbers generally still require prior express consent under the TCPA unless an exemption applies (for example, purely informational texts within the FCC’s narrow exceptions, which are fact-specific).

Marketing messages. Marketing includes promotions for our own products and services, invitations to complete an application, newsletters, surveys, and co-branded offers. We may also facilitate introductions to third-party lenders or partners. Marketing communications may be delivered by email, SMS/MMS, push notifications (if you install our app and enable pushes), telephone calls (including autodialed or prerecorded calls where permitted), and online advertising (including display, social media, and search). The legal basis and consent requirements depend on the channel and jurisdiction.

2. Telephone calls and text messages — TCPA and related rules

The TCPA and FCC regulations restrict telemarketing calls and texts to residential landlines, wireless numbers, and numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry absent applicable consent or exemptions. For non-telemarketing calls to wireless numbers made with an automatic telephone dialing system (“ATDS”) or using an artificial or prerecorded voice, prior express consent is generally required. For telemarketing calls and texts to wireless numbers using an ATDS or prerecorded voice, prior express written consent is typically required, and the consent must satisfy the FCC’s disclosure requirements (including that consent is not a condition of purchase when that rule applies). We maintain processes designed to capture and document consent where we intend to place regulated calls or send regulated texts, to honor revocations of consent, and to scrub numbers against internal and third-party suppression lists.

If you provide your wireless telephone number to us, you agree that we or our service providers may contact you at that number regarding your inquiry or account using automated technology to the extent your consent, captured at the point of collection, supports such contact under then-current law. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Frequency of messages varies. You may opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP to the number from which you received the message, or by following other instructions in the message. Reply HELP for assistance where that keyword is supported.

Internal Do-Not-Call list: We maintain a company-specific do-not-call list. If you ask us not to call you for marketing purposes, we will record your request and honor it within a reasonable time not to exceed the maximum allowed by federal or state law (typically thirty (30) days for federal purposes). Your request should include the telephone number(s) to be suppressed and your name. Note that separate requests may be necessary for affiliated entities or lenders that contact you independently.

3. Email — CAN-SPAM Act

Commercial email messages we send will include accurate header and routing information, a clear and conspicuous identification that the message is an advertisement when required, the physical postal address of APPNAME or our marketing agent, and a functioning opt-out mechanism that remains active for at least thirty (30) days after the message is sent. We honor opt-out requests within ten (10) business days (or sooner if required by law) and do not charge a fee or require more than an email address and one-click or single-website opt-out for CAN-SPAM compliance, except that we may require additional information if needed to verify identity for security purposes in non-CAN-SPAM contexts.

4. State telemarketing and email laws

Several states impose additional registration, bonding, calling-hour restrictions, disclosure scripts, and “mini-TCPA” rules that may be stricter than federal law. We endeavor to comply with state-specific requirements for consumers located in or contacted within those states. 5. Digital advertising and cookies

We may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to measure advertising performance, retarget visitors, and build custom audiences on ad platforms. Depending on your location, you may have rights to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under state privacy laws. 6. Lead generation and partner communications

When you submit an inquiry, you may receive follow-up communications directly from lenders or partners with whom we share your information pursuant to our Privacy Policy and your consent disclosures at the point of collection. Those third parties must comply with their own legal obligations. If you no longer wish to hear from a particular lender, contact that lender using the opt-out mechanism in its messages or its privacy notice.
