What happens after you write

We keep this simple. When your email arrives, you'll get a short automatic reply confirming we received it - so you're never left wondering whether it went through.

After that, a real person reads it. Not a bot, not a script. For general questions, that's usually within a day or two. For complaints, we take up to five business days, because we'd rather look into something properly than fire back a quick non-answer.

We read every email that comes in. We don't always reply to obvious spam or sales pitches - but if you're a person with a real question, you'll hear back.

We're in Central Time - Replies go out Monday-Friday, roughly 9am-5pm CT

Before you write

Some questions have a faster answer than email. If yours is one of these, you might not need to wait on us at all.

Have a question about a loan you already took?

We can't help with that - your loan is with the lender, not with us. Their contact details are on your loan agreement.

What we can and can't help with

We can answer questions about Finance ADRI, the Adri Cash app, our lender network, and our policies.

We can't:

Discuss specific loans you've taken with a lender - contact the lender directly, their info is on your loan agreement.
Give financial, legal, or tax advice - for that, talk to a licensed professional.
