We keep this simple. When your email arrives, you'll get a short automatic reply confirming we received it - so you're never left wondering whether it went through.
After that, a real person reads it. Not a bot, not a script. For general questions, that's usually within a day or two. For complaints, we take up to five business days, because we'd rather look into something properly than fire back a quick non-answer.
We read every email that comes in. We don't always reply to obvious spam or sales pitches - but if you're a person with a real question, you'll hear back.
Some questions have a faster answer than email. If yours is one of these, you might not need to wait on us at all.
We can't help with that - your loan is with the lender, not with us. Their contact details are on your loan agreement.
