39) Losing Hope
John was very worried about this. Before he had a chance to investigate further, the last of his fishes disappeared. John gave up on trying to solve the mystery and tried to ignore the pond and the fishes that once lived there.
John began to abandon the backyard, refusing to spend time there as much as he used too.
